I watched the film, but I didn’t really like it.

The film was a total mess, they changed everything good the book had done, you should try the book, if you like dragons, a lot of good storytelling and some pretty epic moments, it´s the book for you 
EDIT: I hate the movie and would give it a 2/10 but I would give the book 11/10
They’re just kind of meh.

No, I didn´t mean that, I love Harry Potter, I´ve read it 3 times (all), I just consider Eragon a bit better, I´m not comparing it with Twilight in any way

EDIT: it´s about a boy (he´s 16, wouldn´t consider him a boy) that was raised by his uncle, it talks about how he becomes a dragon rider (the king exterminated them all a long time ago, 100 years) and his journey to defeat the king (not so cheesy, it takes 4 books or like 3200 pages)
