The LEGO Mixels Topic

Lego’s management team seems to be starting to “shed some loose feathers”…I wonder what else will get the axe…

Which also usually means that they may need replacements now. I think 2017 will be a year with lots of new themes.

Not entirely sure what they have in store. It has to be something ambitious enough to replace Mixels.

Lego seems to be killing anything I found neat. Mixels were amazing parts packs though I only ever found one. (Thanks local walmart! You have a great inventory. /s)
Well, here’s to hoping something else doesn’t get canned. RIP mixels.

Yeah, it’s a bit much in one year.

I’m not too sad to see the line go, it did receive it’s three years ya know, but I’m more or less excited to see what the future holds for its ball and socket system.

Will we get another line similar to Mixels? Is it going to be relegated to other sets?

When something gets cancelled, I don’t think that it always means that there’ll be a similar replacement line, if one at all. I’m no expert, but what if Lego is trying to streamline its themes so that their budget wasn’t so spread out to so many other lines; concentrating them to the important/evergreen themes to make them the best that they can be?

I have every single mixel and I am proud of that. I have more mixels then hero factory and bionicle sets combines, and it is my second favorite theme (after bionicle) My favorite mixel is turg.

is that a costume?
EDIT: I just looked up mixel costumes and I might pay my little sister to wear one of these on halloween.
