The Mak-Drones, Zerak's robotic army

After the botched attempt at his own version of the Visorak swarm using some experiments he “borrowed”, Makuta Zerak decides to use his skills in robotics to build an army of drones that will help him break the seal and take over the world.

The Mak-Drone series are a line of mass produced robots meant to serve as the Makutan’s army, not as imposing as the Vahki back in G1 they make up for it for there quantity and variety. They have a sort of “sentience” but not free will.
They can also speak in order to communicate and there eyes are green when docile but becomes red when aggressive and blue when malfunctioning.

Serv-Drones: These are the early drones of the Mak-Drone series before the weaponized models by Zerak, they are built to do janitorial tasks and jobs no Makutan wants to do, such as plumbing, cleaning up Rahi cages when the Rahi are still in, being test dummies and washing dishes. Zerak uses them to Operate war vehicles and treats them like toys. they are also walking tape recorders.

(based around the fire drones from Legend of Metru Nui and the Serv bots from System shock)

Mak-Drone Grunts: Acting as the basic foot soldiers in Zerak’s army, they carry energy launchers that can switch into clubs for melee combat.
they also come in other variants like one carrying rocket launchers, wearing jet packs and water adapted variants.

(there design with the one eye are based around the Pantheons from the Megaman zero series)

Mak-Drone elites: A stronger, smarter and more advanced variant of the grunts that have tougher armor, carrying a pistol and sheild, they command a group of Mak-Drones, making them more affective in combat.

(there based around the Sniper joes from the Megaman series)

Mak-Drone Copters: These airborne units carry either a pair of energy blasters or a gatling gun. there are also another variant with detachable legs known as “Mak-Drones Razy”

(They are basically inspired by the Flying Sligs from Oddworld and the Crazy Razy from Megaman 1)

Mac-Drone Ambusher: Made for snowy locations, these drones hide in the snow and pop out in order to ambush their targets with their dual blasters. there are also non snowy variants with cloaking devices.

Mak-Drone Heavy: These fat Drones carries duel Mortar plasma launcher that can blast through any obstacles. their huge weight is made to protect the drone’s vital components from gunfire and they can body slam there opponents like a sumo wrestler, they go eat at fast food joints to reward themselves. Note: they are twice as big and fat than the Moc in the fan canon

(they are based around the Mancubus from the Doom series)

Concept: the basic idea of these guys is to make a group of disposable bad guys that are more interesting than a bunch of face hugging spiders and bear traps without the use of Rahi or old villains. (would also make great enemies for a Bionicle heroes fangame)

Idea 1: the drones could do a type of “zerg rush” where they would become a swarm that would flood an entire city and combine into a gigantic abomination (kinda like an unused idea for Avengers: age of Ultron and a similar thing the Nixels did in the “Mixels”)

Idea 2: there is also an idea where the drones would wear different outfits for each region made for adaption, ex: the Drones would have lighter colors and a cooling system to prevent them from over heating for deserts, and in jungles the Drones would have a camo paintjob in order to hide in the local plant life. (similar to how the enemies in Mario + Rabbids Kingdom battle all have a different designs per world)

Note: there are Mak-Drones that i didn’t show you guys (recently disassembled for parts, comment if you want to see them).

You guys can also make your own Mak-Drone if you want, as long you credit me.
