When making a mask, focus first on the silhouette. How the overall shape works. Pick something that has symbolism, and overall a look that represents the mask you’re going towards. Try using less CCBS, and more technic plates and beams. Use CCBS to create round areas and to make tight corners that match to areas with the shell.
It doesn’t have a defined shape like most masks should have, right now it just looks like a bunch of parts slapped together.
What I recomend is first making the general structure, then building on top of that and using matching textures.
