The Characters, just from the Character reels alone, seem a bit generic:
- Clay is your Born Leader
- Aaron is your Adventurous Character
- Axl is your Dumbfounded Heavy
- Macy is your Double-Life Character
- Lance is your Charmer
I’m kind of hoping this is all incorrect and we’ll have nothing but uber developed characters, but who knows.

The animation was still much better than any HF episode and I already miss them knowing than for now we got this lame castle series with cheap HF humour. I can’t wait for the New Bionicle animations.
Yah, I know. I’m just hoping these don’t follow suit. 
Unfortunately they probably will, actleast Clay will. Is it just me or does Aaron look kinda like Shaggy.
The LEGO panel would’ve started by now right?

Seems to be the most “sterotypical cool guy” as well.
(Hoverboard AND Headphones!? I hope they apply the dampener on that.)

A consequence for being a princess. Expected. Why can’t we have a character that actually has a bad/embarrassing double-life? Like a prince who’s secretly a hobo or something. Or like a brawler who loves gardening.
Haven’t seen his video yet, they can make it work if they do it right.

I think the Nexo Knight show looks very meh, but the sets look awesome.
Dang, I tried to get some screenshots but I couldn’t get quality pics. I found em at 0:44 and 0:52-3 in the way to battle video. Only Clay and Lance’s Ultimate forms are shown. Clay’s got sone propelers while Lance has wings?

This looks very promising. As a Ninjago Fan, I think this’ll be good.
Also, Aaron’s spring-shot bow is the greatest creation since Humankind itself.

As a hardcore Ninjago fan, I’m… Not liking the look of this. I’ll preface this by saying that if anyone hasn’t seen the character videos and “the way to battle,” you can find them here: http://www.lego.com/en-us/nexoknights/videos .
From what I can tell, it looks like the characters are going to be season 1 chima tier cliche characters with nixel-esque bad guys. Also, I can’t stand the music. It’s so cheesy.
In fact, this whole thing seems like all kinds of cheese.

The sets look great, the show. No. I ain’t hyped for it.
The animation for some reason looks strangely shadow-less. The colors kinda look neon. Makes me feel like I’m watching an episode for candy crush or ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ like any other LEGO show, pretty much nothing looks like it’s built out of Lego pieces excluding the minifigures. G-great…That book. No… I don’t like it. I will say the concept of the Jester being evil is cool because I’m all for maniacal idiots as the bad guy but overall, I don’t think I’ll be excited to watch this.
EDIT: Skin looks like it’s been highlighted, so is the grass and the orange lights.
