Tbh I don’t know why he gets as much hate as he does. I’ve been watching him for like 3 years now. Despite not really doing YouTube officially anymore, he’s one of my favorite ones, outside of FF.

Count me in the “older reviews are better” camp–a lot of his newer skits are just overblown and cringey (though there are exceptions). I also think his real skill lies in ripping apart terrible movies–I think he’s much better at spotting why a movie is bad than why a movie is good. Now that he’ll review pretty much anything, I find his opinions much more hit-and-miss, personally.
