The Quest to Build Kopaka

I bought a giant tub of lego recently, and found parts for Kopaka Mata. After sorting the whole bin out I found only a couple pieces of his. Thus begins my quest.

If anyone owns kopaka, I have a big request for you.
If you could lay out all the pieces onto a white background with like the picture below, that would be amazing.

As a reward I can make some art of whatever you request.

Throughout my adventure I will layout the pieces I have, and recant my stories.
I hope you’ll join me on my quest.

I am using bricklink for the list of parts, but it’d be cool to see the parts laid out on the picture.

Just to be sure I built him up again, and he’s 100% correct, so you should be good to go!

Side note, I used to lay my Mata out like this all the time when I was younger! :smile:

There’s one mistake in @PakariNation99’s layout. The 180 degree pin conector should be old light gray instead of white. The bricklink inventory for Kopaka will give you the correct pieces. :thumbsup: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=8536-1

It’s definitely old light gray. Bricklink, Brickset, Brickowl, and Peeron all prove it and I’ve had the set since it debuted.

I know I’m just saying that because there are times the when you cant tell if its using a dark gray or a black brick. That always annoyed me when building.

Yea, he’s right, the parts are 100% correct, but the colors are just that one off. It doesn’t mater too much though, and in fact I feel it improves his color scheme.
