Axxon is the middle aged police officer who has done all the stuff.
Brutaka is the police officer who got fired by getting bribed by the crooks.
HydraxonâŚhe is the prison guard from heck.
Takadox the the magician that is actually killing peoples brains.
Carapar is the victim of Takadox.
Arthaka is the guy that makes all the good stuff.
Karhzanii is Arthakaâs Chinese rip-off.

Tuma: The head of the Mafia
Skrall/Stronius: Henchman/goons of Tuma
Kiina: Trying to make herself famous, but really has no talent in the underground Fight Club
Gresh: A new member of the Underground Fight Club (UFC)/ Has lost all of his matches and about to get thrown out, meaning he would be back on the streets
Malum: Wanted by the Mafia and thrown out of the UFC after he tried to murder his competitor
Berix: Kid in the lower class area of Bara Magna/ Steals for Money
Raanu: Owner of the UFC/ Says Seeing the fighting calms his nerves
And so on and so forth

No, he is the guy that has solved all the crimes, caught all the crooks, and then gets betrayed by his friend.
Nokama is the school teacher that never goes away, and no one likes. she is also the old lady that controls all the gossip
Whenua is the librarian that is so old it is a wonder he has not been fired due to awful hearing. and wanders around at night with all the lights off.
Vakama is the old veteran that tells made-up stories to all the town.
Nuju is the old guy that stares into a telescope all day long.
Matau is the old car junkie that probably smoked some bad things back in the day.
Onewa is the old class bully that turned into the old guy that just sits in his house all day.
Hahli was the one that would report the gossip to Nokama.
Macku is the awkward girl that Hewkii likes for some reason.
Kotu is the girl with broken dreams, and plots to kill Nokama and Hahli.
Hewkii is a jock.
Jaller is the guy that is good at everything, leads the sports teams and is really just the example for all the other kids.

Of all the Toa Mata, I think Lewa and Gali are the most likely to be actual siblings, or even twins. They hang out quite a bit, and even have a special combo attack. They remind me a little of the Greek Twins Artemis and Apollo.
I could see Tahu and Kopaka being cousins, or better yet Half-Brothers.
Nuju is the old guy who wheezes so much that no one can understand him. (Except Matoro)
