Praise is fine and all, especially if it’s meant to be a final product. If you yourself, however, don’t see it as a final product and want to better it, what you need is constructive criticism, or at the very least a well-thought-out balance between explaining what one likes and what one doesn’t like.

I didn’t say I have a problem with people liking it. I’m just saying that praise doesn’t always help you improve.

I like constructive criticism, and the majority of the points people bring up I agree with. I especially like it when people suggest a way to improve the things I post. I even like it when someone says that they don’t like this little thing that can easily be changed. (e.g. a mask.)

I generally try to get the improvements out first, then say what I like and complements.
