the bits on the upper legs seem unnecessary, but if you dont have any armor for them, then I understand that. the lights on the shoulders I think would work better if they were attached with technic, as opposed to hand peices. the tubing is making the torso look a little messy, and while I get that they are green, I think that other colors may work better.
also, he seems to be lacking the color green in general. (but some bits look grey to me, and I cant tell if they are grey or green)
