(I had adjusted his beard after I took this picture so it’s more in line with the mask and doesn’t stick out as much)
Much improved.

That looks Groovy man. Reminds me of swamp thing. And from the other comments I am not alone in that.
It feels a bit busy. But at the same time it works for something cover in plants and dirt. In my opinion at least.

Not sure if I’d really call him a Toa, he looks a bit more like a type of raw form of plantlife 
Honestly, I love this MOC, and how his stature gives him the appearance of a tree, though he could use a tad more dark tan.

I like the concept, but it leads to this guy being incredibly greebled, in turn making him an eyesore to look at.
I do like the bulk and the proportions of him though.

Whew, this guy is really busy, but at the same time I think it kind of works here. The beard is a little odd, but the concept is cool, and I have no idea how I would do it better. I will say though, he doesn’t really strike me as a Toa. He looks more like some sort of swamp monster.
