Toro is one of the members of the Toa of kanohi. They were some of the first Toa to be created by the great beings. But after the The loss of their Toa of lighting she was the one who kept everyone together and when she was killed by a unknown rogue Toa. Toro lost it as she was more to him than any of the others.
