When I saw this, I thought this was a female MOC due to the chest and skinny torso. Turns out that this is a male?
Give this guy a stomach and flat out get rid of the chest pieces; they look like breasts. Or at least make them proportional to the stomach. Because as of now this guy just looks unnaturally anorexic. There is absolutely no excuse for a male moc to look like this, AT ALL. Men typically have flat muscular chests and flat bellies. This holds especially true for a warrior who is in shape.
Sorry if I sounded harsh but since most of the Bionicle sets released have been male, they should be easy to build by now.
Men typically don’t have 4 arms you know, as for the stomach, I know it’s too skinny, but I didn’t know how I could fix it

The four armed motif I like, because it conveys a unique fighting style. Also, since this MOC reminds me a lot of the Pokemon Machamp, I thought that he should be used as an inspiration.
Thick torso, flat muscular chest.

the chest sorta looks like pecs rather than breasts, since they’re more squared then round
though the waist thickening would be nice

Well you are probably right on that one. Again, I apologize if I sounded harsh back there. I’ve calmed down since then. I’m taking a hiatus on those, although if I see one that needs improvement I’m going to reply.
Anyways, the main gripe I have is is the fact that there is no armor covering to simulate a stomach that protects the torso region. It looks the last thing that this MOC wants (besides his mask knocking off of course) is to be hit in stomach.
This torso build looks very similar to what I current build with. Mainly I use an Inika shoulder to cover that area up and to act as a stomach. I also use the shoulder armor that Toa Mahri Matoro (Rest in Peace) possessed and that worked fine too. Maybe you can also use the Torso armor that the 2015 Toa had too and connect that somehow to the rest of the body.
