How about one per person. until I finish drawing theirs. MOCs are harder to draw because of the higher level of detail put into them. and no Toa teams. I still have to finish the 2 that were requested. If i have finished your request, you can definitely request another one. For example: when I finish Pot8o’s drawing he can request another one.
