As the group quickly walked away, the building collapsed to the ground. The area was enveloped in a cloud of dust, and when it settled, only a large pile or rubble remained. Soundwave, Rumble, and Frenzy were the only ones who didn’t leave when the building came down.
Soundwave stood in the ruined remains of his establishment. A moment or two later, Rumble and Frenzy popped their heads out of the rubble, looking up at the decepticon dj. It was amazing how much anger he was able to convey without much of a face.
“Its Frenzy’s fault!”
Rumble quickly blurted out.
“Are you kiddin’ me?! You’re the one with the piledrivers. This is all your fault!”
Frenzy angrily replied.
“Maybe, but you didn’t try to stop me! You know I got no impulse control. Honestly you really shoulda’ known better.”
“Quiet! Both of you!”
Soundwave scolded.
“You’re both grounded. Indefinitely.”
“What? How’s that fair? I didn’t do nothin’!”
Frenzy complained.
“I said quiet!”
Both cassettes quickly shut up, each only responding with a sputtered out
“Yes boss.”
With that Soundwave opened his chest hatch and the two climbed in.
“Its times like these I really miss Blaster…”
He muttered to himself.
Once everyone was far enough from the building, Axis turned to the other two.
“And the best part is that we’re almost entirely blameless for the damages. Since Rumble did pretty much all the work for us.”
Thea sighed.
“I understand now… It just pains me to see such bonds tear themselves apart. Only to result in pain and tragedy. First my grandmother, then these two… Is there no world out there free from such troubles?”
