IC: the gestalt swats at the headmaster, pulling away from the titan
Still keeping a grip on one arm, he manages to swing him over and slam him on the ground.
The combiner then quickly moved to sweep augerâs legs from under him
OOC: Was that an autohit?
IC: He fires a strong blast at the hand as he moved to evade it. He keeps going, causing damage at various pressure points he finds. Bigger doesnât always mean faster. he thinks.
He almost gets flung off the Combiner as it is swung around by Auger. He regains his firing and starts going towards the head.
Augerâs leg is pushed back a bit, but doesnât fall. He then kicks the combiner hard.
OOC: I was talking to Maximus
IC: the gestalt grunts, and swings again at the wound with his axeâs
OOC: When did I go for an auto hit?
OOC: and the rest of this fight
OOC: You havenât been any better.
OOC: I leave the hits up to you, âswung atâ
OOC: ah, but doesnât Auger make for a wonderful diversion?
IC: Firestorm begins charging his cannon and using it to sharpen his sword as he runs up towards the Combinerâs head and takes out pressure points as he finds them. He does get shaken around by the clash of the two giants but recovers quickly for the most part when he does risk getting thrown off.
OOC: I hope they like acupuncture! (Mad laughter)
OOC: Fair enough. Though the swinging thing wouldnât really be an auto hit, seeing as he still had a grasp on the combiner.
IC: Auger kicked at the combiner again.
The gestalt caught the leg
OOC: See this is why I say kicked instead of kicked at. Iâd barely be able to land a hit.
IC: Auger pulls back.
Firestorm reaches the area near the head and opens fire on the base of its neck and shoulder connections as he prepares to strike with his extremely sharpened and red hot sword. The goal is to inflict paralysis via severe damage to the neck.
OOC: Iâve let you land some
IC: the gestalt backed up and stood back up, and brushed off the shoulder that firestorm was on
OOC: Hoping this isnât an autohit.
IC: Firestorm amps up the cannonâs power and blasts the shoulder connections and strikes at the Combinerâs nape (the back of the neck) with his red hot and hypersharpened blade. Again, the goal is to immobilize, not kill.
OOC: They missed, he wasnât on the shoulder, he was more in the area right behind their head.
Auger went to punch the gestalt in the gut.
OOC: Key word being some. The combiner is unmatched here. So while it probably wouldnât be a complete curb stomping, Auger would still have the upper hand.
OOC: Especially considering heâs been stabbed in the back of the knee and shot.
He tilted his helmet into a position to block it, and the Wolfpack fired at firestorm
OOC: why is auger so much supior to the gestalt again?
