When the trains reached a station, around two to three of the autobots aboard would get off, one laying a suitcase down near the tracks before rejoining the other two.

He could see several Decepticon dropships attempt leave Kaon. They were marked as civilian and medical transports. It was very likely that they carried no military personnel whatsoever.
Anchoria jumped from the tower and transformed into her jet mode. She started speeding towards Simulare.
"Simulare?! As in the Big-Combine-Eat-Destroy-Everything-Autobot-Experiment Simulare?!" One of the thugs panicked.

The transports had no weaponry. Smoking, they all crashed down. Anchoria transformed into her robot mode only meters away from Simulare.
"They were unarmed, Autobot!" She shouted at him.
“Boss, we are not fighting him, right?” the smallest thug asked the largest.
“Kaon is our home, I’m not leaving it in ruins. Ghost Division or not,” he replied.
