Transformers: Dawn of a New Age

“Indeed he has. I’m currently on route to your location. Can you confirm the journal’s security?”
Axis asked.

Roaster was quick to catch up and head to the police station with her.

“Come on Headbite, this should be educational for you. You can learn all the new laws and stuff!” Roaster told her.

Graves

Graves walks in to see anyone who still remains there.

Zip and Cargo

Cargo rolls his eyes at Zip. “Yes, sir, we’ll follow you.”

“I certainly can,” the Angelicon says, doing his best not to sound offended- he knew Axis was right to be so concerned about the journal’s security. “My shuttle will likely reach Iacon by the time you catch up with me.”

K-Nine escorts Cargo and Zipline to the police station to join the others.

Graves can recognize most of the other people in the conference room from the attack. It seems as though most everyone he had fought with is here, minus just a few faces. A massive Eukarian with a turtle beast mode is also present, for some reason.

Conjoint turned towards the door and raised a hand in salutation at the familiar sight of Graves’ sad robot servant with no soul of its own. It’s like a repulsive facsimile of actual life… Disturbing.

“Oh, that’s Lowrider,” she says, pulling up Hotfoot’s file for herself to view. “From Junkion, ex-cartel. Enforcer, nasty guy.”

Watchdog quickly jots down what Snowblind tells him.

“What made him leave, I wonder?” he mutters. “Maybe whoever orchestrated the attack made him an offer he couldn’t refuse?”

The police captain looks back up at Snowblind. “Thank you,” he says to her. “Do you have anything else on him, or any of the others?”

“Laws? Oh uh, I guess, guess,” she chittered very nervously.

“Very well. I’ll see you soon then.”
Axis said as she continued to move towards Kaon, now tracking the communication signal to get a better position on the shuttle.

“Yeah! It’ll be fun!” Aralysa called to the Insecticon as they headed towards the police station. “You could meet some new friends there too.”

Nova sat impatiently.
“Alright, I’ve given just about everything I can, so can I go now?”
She asked.

“Ah, hello, again,” Graves says from within the machine. “Apologies for the ignorance, but what did you say your name was again?”

Some hours later, Axis, Ivory, and Beta Maxx return to Iacon, arriving at the spaceport that the Angelicon’s shuttle pulls into to disgorge its passengers.

“Hm?” Watchdog looks up from his tablet. “Oh. Yes, you can. Thank you for your time- every little bit helps, as they say.”

“Fun, I um…don’t know, don’t know,” she said nervously as she followed. Headbite promptly decided to eat another cookie with this statement.

“Or politics.” Conjoint huffed, slightly loosening his arms so he could cross them harder. “Junkion’s current leader seems to have gotten the spot simply because nobody hates him. Or, at least, that’s why I went and supported him. Plus, he’s kinda cool. To me.”

“I’m not sure I ever did.” Conjoint replied. “Conjoint. And I don’t suppose you have anything to add on the topic of the attack?”

“Well you won’t really know until you go, right?” Aralysa called to Headbite as the trio walked on.

“Good idea. He might be a bit too suspicious to forget about.” Stonefist replied. He glanced around the room.

There is a row of consoles to the left of the lobby available for visitors to use, either to familiarize themselves with the laws of Cybertron (and the New Imperium as a whole), or to anonymously provide tips to the police in any ongoing investigations.

“The mob has a more negative opinion of Bootleg, from what I’ve heard,” Watchdog replies. “They haven’t taken too kindly to his efforts to chase them off ‘their’ planet.”

Axis landed her craft by the shuttle. She stepped out and waited for the angelcon to exit the shuttle.

Nova got up and turned to leave. But as she stood at the edge of the table she turned back to look at Maximus.
“You coming lizard face?”

“Sorry. But I’m going to stay with the police chief. Until I can talk with Axis about all this, it’s my responsibility to help the Iacon P.D with investigating all this.”
Maximus replied.

Nova groaned.
“Of course it is.”

“I should probably get going myself. I could help you get around.”
Niko offered.

“Well walking around this city on food is a bad idea to say the least. So I guess I don’t have much of a choice.”
Nova said. Though she didn’t sound too thrilled about it.

Yes! It worked!
Niko thought to himself. Nova walked across the table and jumped on to Ferrex.

“I’ll try to meet you at the museum as soon as you can. If I take too long, try to find your way back to the Basilica and wait there.”
Maximus said.

“Alright. Sounds good.”
Nova replied before she got into Ferrex with Niko. The feline mech then got to its feet and walked out of the police department.

“Ah, here’s something that could be useful.” Aralysa observed. “These are consoles that can help you learn about laws and stuff.” the Hecatan said to Headbite, gesturing to them.

“Well I haven’t been to Junkion in many years.” Stonefist stated. “What else is new?”

While Aralysa is suggesting the consoles to Headbite, Roaster tries to flag down any receptionist or nearby officer willing to hear them and ask about where their friends went.
