Transformers: Twilight of the Golden Age Part II

Beta Maxx adjusts his seating to better converse with Auros.

“I’m afraid there isn’t much I can do to dispel the mystery surrounding Trecedim, however I can tell you that various interactions with Optimus via the Triptych Mask these past three weeks would seem to confirm that he is, somehow, alive.”

Hammer then would find himself drowning and freezing in the water as he tried to swim and escape he couldn’t the water currants where holding him down.

Before Hammer would become unconscious Dark Hammer pulled ihm out of the river and they would then find themselves on a beach which had a sunset.

Hammer was on the ground as he looked towards the sun setting down and then Dark Hammer which then he spoke.

“Do not try to fight me again, Hammer.” said Dark Hammer. “And do not ever interfere with my plans, I sparred you this time…but next time you won’t be so lucky.” his voice was fading way as he began waking up.

Hammer woke up from his sleep and sat on his bed. He scratched his head with his both hands and begins to dread his past again.

Hydro Rex opened his friends door having a very worried face. “Hammer what in the hell happened?” asked Hydro as he walked towards Hammer and sat on his bad placing his hand on his shoulder.

“You tell me.” replied Hammer.

“You were screaming in your sleep Hammer…what did happen, tell me.” said Hydro.

Hammer sighs and then tells him from the beginning till the end on what actually happened.

“Interesting.” Auros said.

Seraphicon arrives at the brig.

“Quite,” Beta Maxx agrees. “I cannot say for certain how, which confuses me greatly. In fact, I have been unable to see Optimus or anything pertaining to him since he left Cybertron after the end of the Golden Age.”

Auros was a bit confused, “How would that even be possible?” He asked.

Seraphicon walks over to Sparkplug’s cell, “How are you feeling?” He asked, genuinely concerned for his well-being. (@Toa_Vladin)

“I… have no idea,” Beta Maxx admits.

“If he is alive, could it stand to reason that Trecedum is real and thriving?” Auros asked.

Hammer then was done explaining Hydro Rex on what happened.

“…So your “darkness” has taken form?” asked Hydro.

“Indeed, stronger then before as it would seem.” replied Hammer.

“Interesting, you never told me that it had a form.” said Hydro.

“That is because it did not had one at first.” explained Hammer.

“So what are you goin’ to do 'bout it?” asked Hydro.

“I’ll face it again and finally defeat it after such a long time, I will put anything and everything I’ve learned since coming here and put them in to action, you’ll have to leave.” said Hammer.

“Understood, but if anything happens. Contact him threw the coms, aight?” asked Hydro.

“I will.” said Hammer.

Hydro Rex nods and then leaves Hammer alone, Hydro Rex decided that he had quite enough sleep and wanted to speak to somebody, since Hammer was busy at the moment.

He made his way to the Bar, he enters in and looks around seeing who he could talk and have a drink at the moment.

Back in Hammer’s room. Hammer took a breather and then decided to clear his mind and think his way out instead of fighting it, he would find a way to outmaneuver himself, because he is the only one which can, since he knows himself best.

“At this point, I’m willing to say anything is possible,” Beta Maxx says, throwing up his hands.

Father Auros nods, “What is it like being able to access nearly all knowledge through the Allspark?” He asked.

“So you are living inside of me?”
“Yeah.”
“Yep.”
“Mhm.”
“Unfortunetely.”
“And you… Like… Know everything about me?”
“Kid, we are part of you.”
“For the most part.”
“Mhm.”
“Unfortunetely.”

Seraphicon kept quiet, waiting for an appropriate point to try and join the conversation.

“Interesting question,” Beta Maxx compliments. “It’s quite the privilege to be trusted with such a wealth of information.”

Meanwhile, in the Cybertronian Commonwealth, on the cold world of Clemency, Chaplain of Hecate and the twin leaders of Gigantion, Drill and Bit, stand amidst a crowd of Transformers of every variety.

“Fellow Cybertronians, my brothers and sisters!” Chaplain addresses the crowd. “The time has come- the day we rise against the Heralds of Unicron and their tyranny is at hand!”

On Junkion, Refuse and Autobahn give a similar rallying speech to troops of their own, with Wastebasket and captain Glaive close by.

“Alright lads 'n lasses, quick recap,” opens Refuse.

“Nemesis Prime and his goons have taken over Cybertron, and life has pretty much sucked for the past three weeks or so.”

“And I am in this cell because of you?”
“Yup.”
“Why did you killed her?”
“No real reason.”

Father Sol was on Cybertron, trying to keep The Well of All-Sparks and Cybertron’s core from being corrupted by the close proximity of Unicron’s Sparkchamber.

Father Eclipse stood by Chaplain, a worried look on his otherwise stoic face. “You do realize that rallying like this may be jumping the gun, right?” He asked Chaplain, “We haven’t heard from the others ever since they left the Commonwealth.”

Father Ferrus was sent to Junkion, to try and help advise Autobahn and Refuse. “These rallies are a risk; it will draw the Heralds’ attention and put us all in grave danger.” He said, concerned for the people of the Commonwealth.

Seraphicon almost said something but recalled how he set off an argument last time and kept quiet.

“A privilege indeed; to bear a burden like that must be trying at times.” Auros said to Beta Maxx.

“So… Are we going to help them?”
“Yes.”
“Yeah.”
“Why not.”
“No.”

Seraphicon raised an ‘eyebrow’ in curiosity, a 4:1 vote was promising but it had to be unanimous before he could try to bring Daybreak down to give her verdict on these five in regards to them potentially being freed and joining their ranks.

Drill speaks to Eclipse.

“No use Father; once he gets started…”

“Besides, that might be why he’s doing it,” supports Bit.

“For three long weeks we have endured their reign,” continues Chaplain, “but no longer can we wait, and allow ourselves to be ground under their heels, while we wait for Daybreak her team to return!”

“Ah, at this point, danger is inevitable, lad,” Refuse responds as Autobahn continues the speech.

“Now Daybreak and a few other guys and gals are off chasing the relics of the Thirteen Primes and whatnot, and that’s all fine and dandy, but we’re of the mind that we can’t just keep sitting with our thumbs up our pipes waiting for them to get back!”

“Like you wouldn’t believe,” Beta Maxx responds.

Eclipse gave Drill a very worried gaze, “We cannot afford to challenge them in open war; we need to shore up our defenses and gather our strength.” He told the Hecatian.

“Inevitable as this battle is, we cannot go in guns blazing.” Ferrus told Refuse, “To do that will make certain we all die at the hands of the Heralds.”

“We need to build a foundation that the others can build upon and stand strong against our enemies.” He advised.

Father Sol helped some Angelicons bring out a hatching Sparkling, hoping this one isn’t corrupted by Dark Energon’s influence.

“If I may be so bold,” Auros said, “how are things in the Commonwealth?” He asked.

“What do you think we’ve been doing the past three weeks?” Drill replies as Chaplain continues the speech.

“Tomorrow morning, as the sun rises over Iacon, we will launch an assault upon the Heralds of Unicron with near-everything we can muster!”

Much of the Commonwealth’s navy had been stealthily relocated to Clemecy’s star system, and the Junkions were hard at work getting many of the derelicts on their homeworld up and running again.

"Have some faith in us, lad! Refuse implores with a laugh. “We’ve planned this out, more-or-less.”

“So,” Autobahn continues, “tomorrow morning, we’re planning to hit those spawns of glitches right where it hurts!”

“The ruling body is preparing to mount a massive assault against the Heralds,” Beta Maxx says.
