“Tigatron! You here? I can’t find Scourge and I need to talk to him.”

“Well I wanted to talk to Scourge about assembling a military. Its not the first time I’ve proposed it though. Always said we didn’t need one. Well personally I don’t trust those dino dolts to protect the whole planet.”
