Trans bones give the illusion of a being bursting with energy from within, so I commend that look

whereas trans armor shells just sorta expose the bones beneath

which can hurt MOCs just as much as help them

I prefer bones on Bionicle MoCs, but I like shells better on HF MoCs and things. On Bionicle figures bones makes them look like they have energy flowing through them, and on HF figs they look like some kind of energy shielding or summat.

Personally, when I MOC there is a TON of custom aspects involved so much as to where I barely use pre made limbs (Except for those joke MOCs I posted pretty recently)
