:weary: I just

want

to run D&D

and not have schedule problems

Do you use these for digital tabletop tokens?

As someone who’s been playing DnD for like 3 1/2 years now, DMing for 3, and has inevitably encountered numerous scheduling issues, I offer this advice.

  1. You have to find people who are willing to dedicate time to DnD. It seems like a no-brainer but if someone wants to play DnD, they need to be available.
  2. Find a day that works for everyone. If Tuesdays at 7 works for everyone? Fantastic. If only 3/5 people are available Tuesdays at 7? Cut those who can’t. Unless you already have a campaign that you started, in which case you need to talk more extensively with people.
  3. If you’re specifically having issues with people canceling last minute (as I have), bring it up with your players. Tell them that it’s frustrating and annoying and sucks. If they’re decent people they’ll understand. If not, cut them. Find new players.

These specifically aren’t tokens, no. I’ve made tokens for the campaign I run, but I don’t run this particular campaign.
