Kahi awoke, looking around the destroyed ruins of the building.
He looked down at himself, the gold and Red armor coating his body, and
looked around himself.
He gasped.
His corporate office, the design team.
It was all gone.
Shattered glass coated the ground. The next creation he was working on,
transport teleportation portals.
His money.
All gone in flames.
He looked to the ground, noting the burned corpses of his dead employees.
He knew he shouldnāt have thought about any of his employees; heād hidden himself from society, secluded so well, he didnāt know what human interactions were like anymore.
Turning, he found the AU portal, and grinned.
Sending a transmission to Meso, he pulled on his helmet, and flew off, into the portal.
He would do the work of Takanuva, and if Eljay needed some aid, he could do that easily.
The portal transported him, and with a flash, he disappeared.
Eljay placed the ice gently onto his destroyed eye, and winced.
His eye socket throbbed, and he felt the need to stand up and ask for a first-aid kit, but he knew all of the passengers would watch him take off his mask, so he decided against it.
Suddenly, his phone went off, and the seatbelt sign turned off. Frantically, Eljay hid in the restroom.
A quick check of his phone told him that Kahi was going to Caymen by alternate- dimensional travel, and Eljay knew heād have to leave.
Removing his destroyed eye, he put his spare eyepatch on and his Miru, and walked out of the restroom, almost mobbed by fans.
The plane sudddenly took a sharp turn down.
Yey, 900th post, and an unfinished chapter. Iāll let TāChalla finish the rest.
Dis gon be gud.
Yāall ready for this?
'Cus yāall better be ready for this, itās gonna be kickfarshtey. @Mistah_Grammaticul if you want to make the next chapter, just PM me. As of right now, however, Iām continuing this solo. Also, if anyone else wants to add to this (I know @RaptorTalon and @TFM101 were interested once upon a time) feel free to do so. PM me first, though.
ElJay boarded the plane, people swarming around him. Var in the Caymens with a magical portal. Todayās been janky, man. As he sat down he fastened his Miru around his face and prepped himself for a nap. When he woke up, he was already approaching his spot. Darkness surrounded him, but he didnāt care. The Other could stick it where they wanted, ElJay was going to figure this mess out. He found a man willing to give him a ride to the island. Several others refused to due to the bad history of the place. Apparently something bad had happened there just a few hours ago, but right now ElJay chalked it all up to be lazy sailors unwilling to give him a ride.
He was wrong.
As the boat approached the island, ElJay could see a bright light flickering. At first he took it for a campfire. Perhaps Var had invited some friends over. But as the boat approached, it became clear that there was more going on than just a simple campfire. Varās shack was up in flames. ElJay ordered the man to make the boat move faster, but the sailor insisted in broken english that it was going its fasted. When the boat finally docked ElJay motioned for the sailor to leave him. He grabbed a bucket in the boat and began to put out the fire.
āDid you think I was dead,ā said a voice with a laugh. ElJay instantly recognized it.
āYou son of a Muaka.ā
āDid Meso tell you about the plan?ā
āYes.ā
āGood. Letās hope we can get this mess cleared up.ā
Hold on; didnāt the plane take a sharp turn downward last chapter? Eljay canāt board another plane while on a plane, even if heās Eljay. XP
I thought that was in the AU? Perhaps I should just retcon that chapter, two plane crashes would seem excessiveā¦
Well, Iāll probably make an extra chapter in between both.
oh boy time to carry twice teh amount of work.
Donāt feel any pressure. But it would be cool if you did it.
