Mei is only annoying when you aren’t using her and/or aren’t using her counters.
Then she’s fun.

Still, it all comes down to how well the person can wield Mei but still, that hero can be a pain but I’ve learned that if you keep out of her effective range and have a Reaper on hand as he seems to have abilities that can counter her very well. His Wraith form ability is great when he uses it when her Blizzard Ulti activates.
