This is really great! There are some problems that I see, but I don’t even care! I’d buy this set instead of the original.
Now this is exactly what Umarak the Destroyer should have been.
The colors are consistent, the size is how it should be, just a great revamp all around. I also like the use of the large Power Miners tires as the shoulders.
I’m hoping to do something similar to this once I get my hands on him, except I want to attempt using General Grievous’s skeleton.

Seriously though, dig the revamp. The extra beef in the legs is most welcome, though I’m glad they still retain the old, unique shape of the set’s. Do the hands have wrists now? That’s awesome.
In my opinion I think perhaps the middle of the arms need a little bulk. It’s not too big a thing, but they just go from the crystal parts to sticks and then on into the big, beefy hands, and compared to those gargantuan(but pretty killer) thighs… it just looks off to me. Maybe a tire or two could beef up those arms.
Then again, he is a mutated beast monster. Maybe the arms don’t have to be beefy?
And, this is just me, but I would like to see how the Technic parts that connect the gold horns to the mask would look in gold themselves… or brown, like Umarak’s old horns. Black as they are just doesn’t look right to me.
But, overall… I really like the upgrade to Makuta’s new minion, the Destroyer.

Great job. I love the gold piece in the legs.
I love this, I really do. But the spring green on his hips kills his color scheme, and I think the gold on his lower legs shouldn’t be there (I know that piece was in black) and you forgot his shoulder chain!

Absolutely love it by the way, he’s monstrous, big, and pretty awesome. I’d also love to see him in the pose against Pohatu from his new teaser.
