So, I just discovered an issue where the taskbar with the notifications and the search buttons is all screwed up.
I can’t interact with it unless I’m at the very top of a topic. It seems to be acting like a background instead of an element when I scroll down, because images and text are going on top instead of underneath.
This is happening for me as well.

It’s the same thing that’s causing this to happen. Once the CCS gets reworked and updated for compatibility with the software updates, everything should be fine and dandy.

Maybe related problem? I was sitting, staring at my screen thinking, when out of nowhere, it did this:
I didn’t due anything special, only inactive for a few seconds. I assumed it might be related due to the similarity to the upper taskbar glitch.
It went back to normal after I minimized the page.
The only problem I see here is that you’re using internet explorer.

I just go back to the categories page to fix it.

Whoa! Is this not a problem for other people any more. Like it was still a thing for me just this morning.
