VIDEO REVIEW: "Omega" Tahu (70787) Comic-Con Build

Yeah, so we got to bring home what we built last night at the VIP event. Var built a Tahu based off the model that was in the display on the store AND help from the Bionicle 2015 set designers! As far as we know, this is mostly accurate (as accurate as we'll get until the set is actually released). Enjoy!

What you should have done is cram as many parts as you could on there.

I am very excited for the new sets now.

Trust me, when you do that, you get a reputation with Lego employees. And when you are as famous in the Lego community as Var, you definitely do not want that.

Um Kahi did EXACTLLY that. Pretty sure Meso did as well

sigh well as long as they got the new Miru, I guess it's not too bad.

OMEGA Tahu looks pretty swell. Can't wait to add him to me and my brother's collection.

It seems like the gearbox will give all the Toa good posture.

Did he paint his chest with blood?!

Is Tahu a savage?!

When I first saw the finalized pics that is what I thought.

I wouldn't necessarily say we're famous in the Lego community. I will, however, say that the Lego employees were perfectly fine with and encouraged us making monstrosities.

Seriouslly, though. I bet you guys enjoyed your time there.

Alright. I guess the Lego store I went to just had strict employees.

To be fair, although there were some employees there, the ones at the event were the actual Bionicle 2015 team that had worked on the sets and story. However, me and Var went to a Lego store in Jersey today and both guys that worked there were super laid back and chill.
