I’ve wanted to make bionicle animations since I saw peri’s amazing work.
The main problem is that I don’t know what program to use ,are there free options or programs that don’t cost too much?

You would just need a video editing software that can do layers like Vegas or after effects. The latter you can get with an adobe subscription which is cheap for students.
