Not sure if it counts as true ‘gear-grinding,’ but I’ve recently discovered that getting flagged for spam in an earnest attempt to strike up a conversation over PM (and then subsequently being locked out of the topic before being able to appeal the decision or defend my position) kills my mood like nothing else.

All I can say is the individual who did it (protecting their anonymity) wanted it closed because they “didn’t see a point to it” and felt it was “an unnecessary notification.” Please note: notification. Singular. I sent one single message.

Oh boy, here we go…

Whenever I tell someone IRL I like anime or I know a tiny bit of Japanese the first thing they ask is “Oh, do you like Naruto?” This is a Pet Peeve of mine, but it really annoys me when people do this, mainly because I can name five anime series way better than Naruto (You guys probably know at least two of them on that list if you know me) and I wonder if these people think Naruto is the only anime in existence.

When I was at church camp and everyone asked me twenty times a minute if I could sing Purple Rain.

Agreed. Can’t believe they said Mark Hamill was only the 3rd best Joker ever.

I see a comment as more of an added bonus to the like. But without a like, it’s like being a huge SW fan with a tattoo that says, “ALL SCI-FI SUCKS!”

  • People who believe Rogue One is Episode VIII

  • People who think The Clone Wars isn’t canon and that it’s for 4-year-olds.

  • People who say they wish they had a relationship like Harley and Joker.

  • Suicide Squad for misrepresenting any of the abuse in the relationship.
