So I believe it has been stated that the Red Star would send back the consciousness of a matoran if they died to a new body or a repaired one. This got me thinking if a toa or a turaga because they are the same species as a matoran just changed by the amount of toa energy would a toa or turaga who died be sent back into a new matoran body?
The Red Star is a resurrection machine for the whole Matoran Universe in general, not just Matoran. As long as the being’s mind can be recovered, they will be brought back in the form they were in when they died:
There are some exceptions to this, such as Rahi, but Toa and Turaga can definitely be revived:
