I know this probably didn’t happen but in mnog the Onu Matoran can’t get through a certain substance. While I can’t remember what it was, it got me thinking. What if the Onu Matoran dug so deep into Mata Nui that the hit the robot, and was there any instance where they came close?

Yeah they hit it. A lot. With so many things. Can you imagine the disaster if Mata Nui had been just aware enough to scratch his face?
