If you go off topic in an topic, which is in the Off Topic category, you are going off topic. (Does this even make sense?) The only way to be on topic is to talk about what the original post said.

I still don’t get it!
If you talk about Bionicles in, say, the Cats topic, which is in the Off Topic category, you are off topic.
Stay on topic. That’s pretty much it.
