Does this count as a set?

Cause if so, it is the smallest one that I own

I am going to say one of the Mixels I own. It is one the first ones (I forget his name. I think it was Vulk? Maybe? I know it’s a fire themed one).

I would say my McToran as a tie, but they are just barely taller.

Does a Collectible minifig count?

Yes, it does.

One of the happy meal toys. I have this one: (the skateborder to be specific, two of him, actually, although I can only find the wheel parts.) And this one: In this one I have the dark red and green ones.

I have all of the cars.
I’m not sure if they count, though.

I got number 4 off of the sports list in a garage sale. Other than that, I have some of the road base plates which look like this:

I didn’t even mention the batman and bionicle ones. At leased these ones are buildable.

I own some small TIE-Fighter polybag. It can fit in the palm of my hand. So it’s pretty small.

And you don’t own any other matoran or agori?

I have Tahu stars too and Skrall stars.

(Unless we’re counting polybags)

I believe this was also the first LEGO set I owned.

With a mere 13 pieces, Nektann is the smallest set I owned

The smallest set I own would be 2003 Matoro, unless we’re counting polybags, which would mean the Bionicle 2015 Hero Pack is.
