Hopefully they’ll distinguish 2017 copper from exo-force copper as well soon enough.
Reddish Gold (also a relatively recent addition on Bricklink) is the Knights’ Kingdom II gold-copper color used for those crown pieces, which is also used for Nuhvok-Kal’s Krana.

I noticed this as well, excellent addition!

Pretty big difference yes. The modern one is very close to dark orange. The one from Exo-Force, used from around 06, is closer to a reddish brownish color.

Since it doesn’t look like it’s been brought up in this thread - The Bionicle Gold/Silver/Copper are slightly translucent (Which certainly helps the Kaukau out), and have a sort of holographic effect - they change color depending on viewing angle, there by the “Flip/Flop” in the name LEGO gave them.
