Well, his loyalties lie more with the DH than the BoM, so he is technically considered a Hunter.

He’s not an official member, doesn’t count.

Voporak is still mostly affiliated with the Dark Hunters. While not an official member, he still is a part of the organization and is seen working with them in most of his appearances.

The Shadowed One, while leader of the Dark Hunters, to me at least, he really isn’t a Dark Hunter himself. Though either way, I’d say Darkness.
