It’s a tie between Avak (for his huge cheeks) and Vezok (for his fin and weird stubble).
In terms of creepiest, it would be Reidak.

Irnakk. His spine is cool and all, but he looks terribly bloated. His legs look ok I guess, but that claw looks crazy. But I know he’s not technically a piraka, so if I have to chose one of them I’d say Avak or Rediak.
And don’t even talk to me about Nektann. He made me so mad when I bought him.
Well, despite being my favorite, I would have to say Avak. Either him or Vezon.
