In proportion to the legs? No. However, the shoulders could stand to be wider.
It think it fits if you’re trying to make a very tall and skinny moc. If that’s not what you’re doing then you should shorten it.

Too long for almost any MOCer to make a good-looking MOC at this size? Yes.

Looks about right. The proportions match up just fine.
Awesome so far. I agree with the torso being really lanky. I think you can make it work as long as the chest is triangular. Can’t wait to see this finished.
