Your Lego Part Names

Lego probably has official names for the pieces (or at least numbers), but they weren’t really mentioned. A lot of people called it whatever they thought fit the part. puns

What do you call certain parts? what are some of the weirdest names you’ve come up with?

I, personally call all connectors “pegs”, such as:

------------------------o/o pegs

------------------------Triple o pegs

------------------------o/x pegs

------------------------2-long x pegs

Or other random technic parts:

------------------------Spacers

------------------------T connectors

But a lot of pieces I don’t give names. I just know them by shape.

So again, what do you call lego or bionicle parts?

I’ve given this one has a few nicknames. “Endless suffering” " The bane of my existence" and “Is there any way to use this stupid thing without breaking it” come to mind. :stuck_out_tongue:

I am a really nice guy, I am good with people, not so good with names,
technic beam = “el palito con agujeros”
any eyestalk = “cerebro”
and I don’t have a name for anything else, I just call them “esa pieza” or “eso”

Pin - Black thing
Three module long pin - Long black thing/Long blue thing (accordingly)
Pin axle - Blue thing
Axle - Red thing/Black red thing (accordingly)

I was very imaginative with my naming system.

As a kid I called all pins and such “_____ things”.

Blue pins were “Blue things” and black pins were “black __ thing”, with the length being in the space, like “Black 4 thing”

Axles were “black cross thing” or “grey cross thing” etc.

But nowadays I call them by their official names.

I used to call the piece used for the toa metru’s hands “Foot holders” because it was used to keep their feet in place.

God I was a stupid child.

I generally use the official names, since I’m fairly familiar with them, but my sisters have come up with many, many stupid names for parts. Usually inappropriate, so I won’t be able to share most of them here.

This name may be official, but that makes it no less brilliant.

Butt.

A few years ago I used to play legos with a friend rather frequently. As you can imagine, it got pretty funny whenever that part came up. We tended to use it as the gun that did nothing but everyone was still afraid of.

Now I’m really curious about these inappropriate names…

(Insert color) piece.

Well, I’m 18, and I’m the youngest, with two older sisters. One is about to finish college, and the other finished years ago. They’re even less mature than I these days.

They have a terrible name for this one. I’d rather not be any more specific than that.
