The oldest Moc I can remember is this guy here:
Sorry for the rubbish picture quality, this was from around 2013. It’s basically Ogrum’s body and legs, with Onewa’s head and arms. He had a shoulder mounted Cordak blaster, a jet pack, Furno’s weapon, and Ogrum’s mace.

The first picture looks quite a bit like alpha Q from transformers energon, with the tentacles and rotating faces.
