Now I can’t unsee it. I think the mask need some type of connection point in the front so it can have this Canon building out of the face .
The short answer is, will you use it for your Zaria competition entry?
I might make a bioformer inspired version of lockdown that could transform into his car.
Funny you should say that, I made my Zaria a twink last year or so
Time to update your twink Zaria!
I’ve used your mask in my Zaria (which I posted few minutes ago) and I see one small problem in your creation.
It’s possible that the problem doesn’t occur with resin printers (I use a filament one), but the internal space is a bit too tight, causing the cheeks of the Metru head to interfere with the walls of the mask. As a result, the axle only goes in halfway. Of course, it’s possible to solve the problem by scaling the entire model up or rubbing down the plastic, but I thought you’d like to know about it.
(I printed the mask in the default dimensions using ABS filament and smoothed it out with acetone vapors)
Ngl, you created my favourite version of Zaria’s mask so even if my print tends to fall off, I’m gonna use this particular design in the upcomming contest
Hi, it’s not a mistake. The gap is for the 07 visor piece to fit in between.
If you look at the axle on the inside, there should be 2 rectangles beside it. Those are deliberately to leave space for the visor. The metru mouth should flush with those 2
Not sure about the sides though.
Ok, it seems, I just I scraped too much material off the tip of the axle and that’s why mask tends to fall off from the face. It wouldn’t be the first time
I’m curious, why that specific variant with the single crest on top. Also, why the version with the truss?
Of course for me, I’m going with 3 crests because Chiara has 1 and Orde has 2 (cause Sanok already has 2 crests).
I personally love the ultra-greebled look of my kanohi, but I’m thought the less greebly version fits yours better.
Just smooth version seemed too empty for me, with this small detail, Zaria has more aggresive look
But it was still a hard choice, having so many versions to choose from
