I was starting to realise how horrible her first version was,so i decided to rebuild her.

I’d say the ability to change temperature at will so she could freeze something or head it up. but given her colors lowering temperature would fit her most.

I’m thinking Lightning would be a good choice.
It looks like that one MOC @RaptorTalon made, and also @DropletMagus’s Self-MOC.
It is very well built, however, and I really like it.

Either the neck is a bit too long or the shoulders a bit too low… I cant decide. Great build otherwise, though. 
From the colors, I’d guess Ice or Lightning as her elements. If you want to make one up, I’d suggest rahi control. Or, of course, she could be a Toa of Light who disguises her appearance by altering her coloration, like the Av-Matoran do.

I think she should be Vo- or Ga-.
Upper torso seems pretty boxy which doesn’t fit with the angular shape of the mask.
I got to say this is pretty great.
But the neck is long and that yellow arrow on her chest feels out of place.
Lightning seems like the logical choice, given that she’s blue and white. Not to mention that the decals kind of give a sort of industrial vibe, which coincides with the whole lightning thing. I dunno; that just sort of makes sense in my mind.
Also, either the feet seem to small or the legs too short.
