Onto Chronk!

Scar drove his elbow into a poor schmuck-a-roo zombie cow, the beef exploding from the impact. “This is a lot more serious then I thought-- AAAAAAAH!” Scarilian fell, a zombie aiming for his exquisite brain.

Adam leaped, and let his football skills take over. The medic tackled the zombie, Adam packing for bite then bark. Kila zapped a couple zombies, the undead freaks getting dangerously close to the group. Panic began to shadow Chronicler’s face, slowly running out of Ace Attorney images to throw.

#“MAAAAAAAAAAAAAR…”
#“DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII…”
#“GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS!”

Lightning struck the ground. A rainbow pillar fell to the earth, casting a light for brighter then a campfire, comparable to that of the sun’s. Zombies shrivel to the ground, and crumble, like paper fresh from a fire.

A yellow light shoots from the spectrum tower, and lands, forming into a humanoid figure. The rainbow light re-ascends, disappearing into the Council Tower.

The humanoid light departs, showing Mesonak, Guardian of Skulls, Protector of Truth, Uniter of TTV. He swipes his massive blade, beheading the remaining ghouls.

Kila and Chronicler salute, as soldiers would do to their general. Adam nods, and Scar straightens his attire.

“This city needs you. All of you.” Mesonak states, resolutely.

Caleb jumped over a hoard of zombies, rotating midair to split some heads, at least. He landed on his feet, and continued to run. He saw a rainbow pillar crash down somewhere ahead of him. He knew what that meant, because of the Emperor being… a little too open… to say the least.
The scavenger got to Section G. Houses around Caleb were torn up, stained with blood, and some had explosion marks.
“That’s not a good sign.” Caleb gulped, praying for guidence and protection.
