BIONICLE Info

I make BIONICLE related creations mainly using LDD. Why do I mainly use LDD? I mainly use LDD because I do not have an overly large stockpile of LEGO bricks, both in number of pieces and in colors, to make stuff with. I also simply prefer the clean environment of LDD when I want to present something.

I thoroughly enjoy making BIONICLE creations in LDD, but I do have many BIONICLE creations of my own made of physical parts. This is largely why I don’t have a large stockpile of parts to make physical stuff with, as I don’t like tearing apart my official or custom sets. Of the ones that I have in a physical form, many have yet to be rebuilt in LDD, and some are likely impossible to remake in a reasonably faithful manner due to missing parts in LDD. However, I do plan on remaking most of them eventually.

I much prefer the old Technic/BIONICLE system over the new CCBS, and as such, it will be the system that shows up the most in my BIONICLE creations. I will use the CCBS if I absolutely have to for a specific section of a creation, though. I don’t dislike the new system, but still I prefer the old system, as has been already stated.

Info on other projects

My current project has more to do with the game Starbound than it does with BIONICLE. The current working title fluctuates between “Starbound Personal Project,” “Ashley Aerostar Personal Project,” and “Ashley Aerostar Starbound Personal Project.” It has almost no connection to Lego or BIONICLE aside from using some of my MOCs either in the background or as guard androids.
