Seriously though, there is no reason I made this other than to try and make an (almost) completely black Jayfa

So yeah that’s this d00d hope ya like him, main inspirations were noface from spirited away and the concept of yin and yang in general i suppose. Figured I should also mention that the wing design is mostly taken from the green nrg dragon set from ninjago
Looks great from what I can tell, a white background would have probably helped however
no offence, but this is better then the original! the body has all the ribs and organic shapes, looks like he’s part Xenomorph or something like that.

Looks really cool. The scythe is nicely built.
I’m stunned at how much detail there is here, it’s truly phenomenal. However the white face sticks out, and in my personal opinion, it sticks out in a bad way. Since there is no black mold for that head piece, you could add white highlights sparsely around the rest of the MOC to make it more consistent. Again, that is just a personal preference. If you like it this way, by all means, keep it.
There is actually a black mold for it which if i had i would use. As for the idea of sparse white i actually did try that in the early phases of building this moc… Yeah didn’t look good, but yeah im considering ordering a black nuva shoulder on bricklink
The shaping it has gives it a spindly look, which I really like. The wings and scythe are also a nice touch.
I’m surprised, but I actually really like the white head here. Usually, I wouldn’t, but I can see the idea you’re getting at. Like he’s slowly getting corrupted, and the head is his ‘lifeline’ of light.
The only thing I’d say is that the lower legs would probably look better with a Piraka limb in black, instead of the glatorian neck build.
Thanks man! I agree that the lower legs could use some work, but i don’t think a piraka leg would fit all too well. It’d be a bit big also I’m all about that custom life

Seriously though, this is really edgy but I love it. I can definetly see the Noface inspiration, with the completely black body with a white face. The torso design looks great, nothing else to be said about that. Or even the entire build, it’s just great, as usual.
That’s all I have to say about this MOC.
I dunno what it is about the proportions of his wings- They must follow the Fibonacci Sequence or something, but they look really good.
