Whenever I try to change my avatar, the screen freezes then reloads. Does anyone else have this issue?
I changed my avatar to slime for a moment, no issue. I think your wifi is the issue at hand.

That explains a lot! Whenever someone quotes you, slime still appears as your profile pic
Not really, just happened once, I actually just switched back. Anywah off topic hue. I think this is mostly an issue with his internet cause he has had several problems like these in the past hours.

I think the problem isn’t with the Boards, but rather at your end with your WiFi.
