Both are cool, but after reading some ideas about their characters from Kahi, I’m not as fond of how they turned out.

I agree! I have better things as well, but my farm work earns me money, so I don’t have much room to complain. 
And considering the only nickname I ever got from mine was Indiana Jones because it matched that hat, I’ll assume it doesn’t matter. Your over-all appearance and personality likely have more affect than a simple hat.
