It will be a bit difficult without knowing the stands name
since that is how I thought of the power by knowing the song I shall name it after
for example
my Stand [Separate Ways] power is to go into another Dimension called Journey
it can also drag people and stuff in as well

when I think Ruins
I think of a Stand that can destroy anything Man Made in a Instant (but that might have been taken)
or another Idea is that you could project a Image of what a place used to look like before it changed (i.e if a room burned down and got renovated you could see what it used to look like)

Destroying any man made objects he touches is good.
but hamon is boring.
it’s just kinda like “I can do anything I need to with my mystical sunlight karate”
and my ‘extremely calm breathing.’
It’s still cool tho, I just wouldn’t make a moc based on Hamon.

I made a stand for my self-moc a while back, I scrapped it because it looked too much like a bootleg star platinum.
I think I’ll redesign and build it again.

Able to create reality altering illusions using the memories of nearby beings, including the user, a being trapped in one of oyb’s illusions slowly has its energy drained until losing consciousness, and eventually dying.
That said we’re not talking justice level illusions here, the maximum size of illusion oyb is able to create is only about the size of a house, as well, the user must remain nearby for the illusion to remain active.
Funnily enough, I found a picture of it.

I can tell you, the redesign looks vastly different.

Anything destroyed or defeated by Ruins is transported into a parellel universe, from which it can never return.

Just give it mediocre stats, like mostly B’s, with a A or C in there.
Well so far it has 2 As, 1 B, 2 Cs, and 1 D.
