I noticed how despite it not being anywhere near the level of legendary Kanohi like the Ignika that act as pillars for various concepts in the Matoran universe, I found it strange that in the prime universe, there has only ever been 2 known kanohi Olmak. Is it possible that the great beings, knowing the potential dangers the misuse of the Olmak may produce and did not give any being, even Arthaka, the knowledge of creating new kanohi Olmak?

More likely Artakha realizes how powerful the mask is and may have limited the number produced.
