Nice revamp. That gun arm is… terrifying for some reason. I’d be interested to see some pics from other angles though.

This is literally the coolest, I love this. Great weapon idea and the shoulder/chest piece combo looks awesome. I wouldn’t consider this too bulky or inconsistent. It’s proportionate and looking at it I feel like its meant to be menacingly large. I’ve wanted to do something cool with Hewkii but struggle to get anything cool, I think you nailed it.
