I made a few minor modifications to my storm beast mod.
He’ll likely keep his function, however, the trigger will probably be different and able to be frozen up as to avoid wobbly arms.
A lower torso design (and a tail extension)

Neat! I can’t wait to get those Trans. Neon Green Masks. I want to make infected matoran with them. I definitely like the new Summer wave for that one reason, along with many others. Also, where did you find Storm Beast? Checked my TRU today, didn’t find any sets, but there were some Winter 2015 sets on clearance!

I am thoroughly disgusted by QB’s right arm so I wanted to fix that making it an unique function.
Spin the gear, the crystal drill spins like you would expect but the middle gears make the green corrupt spikes go the other way due to the use of Mata neck+ballpins a a gear
I’ve also made plenty of other mods that try mostly answer to the fundamental flaws of the sets but keep withing the original design language.
Also I managed to make a torso for Umarak TD that fits a working gearbox
